TL;DR: This page explains how we communicate internally, including regular meetings we have to stay in sync.
There are a few regular meetings we use to stay in sync (see Internal Communications) both across the company and within teams. Especially for remote work, we find it helpful to have a regular cadence of meetings to stay connected. All company-wide meetings are in our Google Team Calendar
The purpose of the TGIF is for the whole team together. People from different teams present each time, we celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, achievements, etc.
Every Tuesday afternoon, we have an open session where the executive team answers questions about company strategy, finances, culture, or any other topic that people are interested in. People can also send in anonymous questions beforehand.
Each quarter, we get together virtually to talk about the strategic objectives for the coming year
Twice per year, we all fly together to somewhere warm. There is no work agenda, just games and lots of free time 🤗
